**Important Update**
We are in the process of transitioning to a new CRM, SPUR. Eloqua users will experience a period of static data during the transition from VIP to SPUR. List uploads and Eloqua sending should not be impacted.

Log in to Eloqua
Login with your UT EID and password.
New User Request
Request an Eloqua user account by submitting an Eloqua User Access Request via ServiceNow at the Texas Development Service Desk.  

Note that manager approval is required.  ServiceNow will automatically email your supervisor seeking approval.  Your supervisor can simply reply to that email to approve the request.
Eloqua Teams User Group
Microsoft Teams channel for all UT Eloqua users. Access community support and find recent discussions with other Eloqua users.
Eloqua Self-Help
Eloqua self-help information including naming conventions, segmentation information, FAQs, and links to vendor-supplied help documentation and training videos can be found here.
Training (UTLearn)
The on-demand VI 250 Eloqua course serves as training for the Eloqua marketing and campaign application. Eloqua users will learn how to set up external campaigns and emails, customize population segments, and run reports.
